Stories, myths, folklore all have the same small beings in common. Whether a leprechaun from Ireland, an elf from Norway, a duende from Mexico, throughout time humans have stories of these beings whether positive, neutral or negative. It is said that we used to live together with these beings, but God and his angels created a veil, between our realm and theirs. However these beings seem to be able to venture into our world, helping us, playing tricks on us, or straight up being malevolent to us.
One story I saw on a TV show, "Monsters and Mysteries in America" where a lady and her grandchildren were terrorised by an evil gnome. Looking like the gnomes your used to seeing, with their lil black boots, suspenders and their pointing red hat's, which are said to hide their horns. However, this one was twisted looking, completely crazy, chasing them, looking through their windows, trying to scare them off. Interestingly, it couldn't go into the house, as these beings aren't allowed to trespass unless their invited, just like with vampires, same concept.
Eventually the lady and her grandchildren leave the house, trying to put it behind them. When the grandmother emails a man who knows a lot about these strange events. And it happened to be very similar to another story he had received from another lady, who had a very similar evil gnome terrorising her and her family, the thing that stuck out was there was a shed that the gnome would go into as that was it's gateway into this realm.
The two women contacted each other, and found out it was in fact the very same gnome they had both been dealing with, when they discovered it was the same house they used to live in. They eventually went back to the house, to find that the shed had been torn down and the evil gnome was nowhere to be found. Assuming the other tenants had been dealing with the same gnome and finally put an end to it, by demolishing it's doorway into our realm.
Certain homes and places have these doorways into the other realm, stories of girls going missing for hours, appearing out of nowhere with crowns of flowers on their head, that had never grown on the property, and of a doorway into a tree that took them to the other realm. Or people waking up to gnomes on their bed making fun of them, very similar to what happens when you take DMT, which is said to remove that filter from your brain that prevents you from seeing and interacting with these beings. They do not like us seeing them as once seeing that they have been seen, dash off into a door in the wall, which has never been there before, and can't be unlocked by the humans after seeing it. Or turn invisible just like in the movie "The Spiderwick Chronicles", non fae beings needing a special looking glass to see the beings.
Our world is much more magical and fascinating than we've been made to believe, history is a lie, and once you realise so is pretty much everything you've ever been told, only then will we be able to reclaim our true sovereignty.
Very cool article. It made me think of an old TV series that was on in the 90's called Goosebumps. IT was based on the R.L. Steins book series. One of the books/episodes was about a pair of Evil lawn gnomes that would become real when it got dark out. There is so much that is hidden in our culture, that we just glance over isn't there?
